The determination of glycogen in muscle tissues

Abstract: A crit. study of various methods of glycogen detn. was made. Morris' (C.A. 42, 4633e) and Boettiger's (C.A. 40, 5086.4) methods are recommended as suitable and Good, et al.'s (C.A. 27, 3496) is not recommended because it was found to be too slow.
