An instrument for the volumetric determination of the density of powdered materials

Abstract: An instrument for the detn. of the d. of powd. materials of particle size <60 μ, based on the volumetric principle, is described. The performance of the app. was checked on powd. SiO₂, SiC, B₄C₃, Fe₂O₃, Cr₂O₃, Al₂O₃, and SnO₂.
