Polarographic determination of nitrates in the presence of nitrites

Abstract: NO₂^- is detd. first, in the presence of uranyl ions, from the reduction of a coupling product formed with Na naphthionate. Then NO₃^- is detd. from the catalytic wave of uranyl ions.
