Synthesis of substituted benzo[4 ',5 ']furo[2 ',3 ': 4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-f][1,2,4]triazines

Abstract: 1H-Benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-b]pyrrole-2-carbohydrazide was used in the synthesis of 2H-benzo[4',5']furo[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[1,2,4]triazin-1-ones. These compounds with phosphorus(V) sulfide afforded 2H-benzo[4',5']furo[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[1,2,4]triazine-1-thiones, which with hydrazine hydrate yielded 1-hydrazono-2H-benzo[4',5']furo[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazines. By their reactions with orthoesters benzo[4',5']furo[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-f][1,2,4]triazines were obtained.
