Pilot-plant production of yeast with microelements

Abstract: Pilot-plant yield of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was increased 43% by addn. of a mixt. of microelements 'MEB-49' (cf. C.A. 48, 4066i, 4067a) to the initial stage of fermentation of sugar-beet molasses.
