Purification of sorghum juice by ion exchangers I

Abstract: Lab. tests with ion exchangers of domestic origin in purification of the juice from cane sorghum show less non-sugars with higher 'Q' purity and good flavor and color in the condensed juice and in the crystd. finished product.
