Abstract: The way of plasma temperature and electron pressure determination is described in the present work. The sample is excitated in A.C. arc and the spectral-lines of Fe, Mg, and Zn are followed. The influence of reduction of pulse numbers from 100 to 50 and even to 25 per second is discussed. Also the influence of electrode polarity on the plasma temperature and the electron pressure is studied.
