Kinetics of alkaline hydrolysis of substituted esters of phenylcarbamic acid

Abstract: The presented paper deals with the kinetics of alkaline hydrolysis of substituted basic esters of phenylcarbamic acid.  ΔH+ and ΔS+ were cal­culated by Eyring equation from the temperature dependence of the rate constants. The extent of the influence of spectral parameters and the Tafb substituent constants upon the rate constants of the studied substances was examined using a polynomial function with several variables.
