Density of the molten system lithium  LiCI—NaCl—KCl

Abstract: The temp. dependence of d. of the molten binary system LiCl-NaCl and of 4 figurative points of the ternary system LiCl-NaCl-KCl was detd. On the basis of knowledge of vol. properties of 3 binary boundary systems, the molar vol. of ternary system was calcd. Comparison of exptl. and calcd. densities shows very good agreement between these 2 sets of data.
